1. General
These Terms govern your use of xyrofin.com and inspection or buying assistance services. By using the site, you accept them. Provider: xyrofin.com LLC, EDRPOU 50020608, Business Center 'Horizon', 47 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. Email: contact@xyrofin.com. 2. Services and Pre-Contract Info
We provide inspection and buying assistance. Before you order, we give clear, truthful information on service, price, terms, and complaint procedure as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.
3. Payment
Prices are shown on the site and may change. Payment is due before delivery unless agreed otherwise.
4. Liability
Services are “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss, except where law prohibits limitation. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights under Law No. 3153-IX.
5. Personal Data
We process personal data, including cookie identifiers, under Law of Ukraine No. 3633-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 23 April 2024. See our Privacy Policy.
