This Disclaimer explains the limits of the vehicle inspection information published on xyrofin.com and sets out our guarantee terms.
1. Inspection results are not a warranty
Vehicle inspection reports, photographs and measurements published here reflect the condition observed at the time of inspection only. They are an informational record, not a warranty or guarantee, and do not replace an independent pre-purchase inspection. We do not warrant the future condition, roadworthiness, mileage, accident history or legal status of any vehicle.
2. No affiliation
xyrofin.com is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any vehicle manufacturer, official dealer, auction platform or government agency. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
3. Guarantee terms
Any guarantee is defined by the individual service agreement and applies only to the scope, period and conditions stated there. It does not cover normal wear, damage arising after the inspection, or faults caused by misuse or accident. Claims must be sent in writing to contact@xyrofin.com within the period stated in the agreement.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023. Before going to court you may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Pre-contract information on services, prices, terms and the complaint procedure is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
