This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by xyrofin.com (LLC), EDRPOU 50020608, including paid inspections and buying assistance. It is governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Article 7 of Law No. 675-VIII, and the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the service begins and receive a full refund. If you cancel after the service has started, we refund the amount for the unperformed part proportionally.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if: (a) the service was not provided; (b) it materially differs from the description; (c) you cancel as above. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Guarantee Terms

We guarantee services are performed with due care. If we fail to deliver the agreed service, you are entitled to a full refund. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a successful purchase or inspection result.

If you are not satisfied, you have the right to file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection before going to court, as provided by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.
